Life Moves (Really) Fast
Friends,
It's been less than a month since I published "The Start of Something New," and I've managed to start a whole new life chapter (again).
So let's recap.
During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, and right after obtaining a PhD in science communication, I launched a tiny but mighty digital innovation studio called Mod Reach with the dream of helping scientists, academics, and entrepreneurs nail first impressions across the web and social media. To this end, I had the immense privilege of supporting the entrepreneurial endeavors of some of the most brilliant minds, working 1-on-1 with clients to engineer the digital presence of their sciency brands.
I loved the clients and the work that came with them, but quickly came to a surprising realization – solopreneurship is lonely.
Fast forward to this month; I've officially closed the virtual doors of Mod Reach and started a new position at a life science and healthcare business intelligence firm.
I'm extremely excited to be working as part of a wider team again and grateful to be staying true to my nerdy, science-obsessed roots.
I'll publish more details about my new role in the coming weeks. But, for now, here's to new beginnings and life coming at you fast when you least expect it.
Onwards and upwards,
Dr. Sasha Arum
